Can I return my order?
- Returns are possible within 14 days from date of order reception.
- The customer must provide their full name and order number with order date via the contact form on our website.
- Please state the reason for the return. We accept returns due to incorrect size or damaged goods.
- The term "damaged goods" only applies if the paid main product is damaged and not the packaging itself.
- Imperfections such as protruding threads or pixel printing errors may occur on the products themselves. These are not considered damaged goods and do not entitle the customer to return them
- Upon receipt of the request, we will process it and authorize the return of the order.
- The return label is included in the order and must be used by the customer.
- The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
- The refund will be made as soon as we have received the order in accordance with our requirements.
- We will only accept the return if all paid main products are included.
- All labels and tags must be attached to the product and must not show any signs of wear.
Can I set up a customer account?
You have the option of setting up a customer account with your email. In the customer portal you can see all your orders. With the customer account you can pay faster at checkout.
